New Members Portal

Starting in November of 2024, the Board set out to establish a Club Membership System and website that would allow us to:
– better manage our membership,
– provide an easy way to share information and resources with our members, and
– provide a web presence for potential members to find out more about our Club

Behind the Scenes, we are building a new web based membership system to manage our membership, membership renewals and storage and more. This system has been active since February. It is this system that lies behind our new Members’ Portal.

We launched the Club’s Public site in March and we are now pleased to launch the first iteration of the our Member’s Portal.
What you can find and do at this time is:

• View and Edit your member profile. This is the information that you provided on your Membership Application. It has your contact
  information and that of your emergency contact.
• View Club documents such as Board Minutes, our Bylaws, and Policies.
• Find a variety of woodworking resources. Over time, it is our hope that this will grow into a rich, member validated, source of
  information, instructional videos, and ideas that will provide inspiration, guidance, and further our members woodworking skills.
• and coming in August, Renew Your Membership and Storage Rental. When you renew through the Member Portal, you can choose to pay through credit or debit card, e-transfer, cash or cheque.

This is our starting point. How our Membership Portal evolves will be directed by what our members feel will be useful and bring additional value to the Club and to their membership.
